MEDITATION PRACTICE:
THE GOLDEN age
The Golden Age Meditation is a guided practice designed to foster a profound sense of peace and hope by visualizing a harmonious and flourishing Earth.
The main point is to imagine a radiant light encompassing the entire planet, symbolizing the dawn of a new Golden Age where suffering has ceased and peace prevails.
This meditation practice serves as a beacon of hope, guiding the collective toward a brighter, more harmonious future.
This meditation is a powerful tool for anchoring the light. Use it during astronomical alignments to amplify the light grid and ensure a positive timeline for Earth.
Duration: 10.36min
The idea that collective meditation can manifest peace on Earth taps into the concept of the "collective consciousness." This idea suggests that when a large number of people focus their thoughts and intentions on a common goal, it can lead to tangible changes in the world. This concept is often discussed in the context of spirituality, psychology, and even quantum physics.
1. Maharishi Effect: Research conducted by Dr. John Hagelin and his colleagues studied the effects of Transcendental Meditation (TM) on society. One of the most famous studies was conducted in 1978, published in the journal "Scientific Research on Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Program: Collected Papers." It suggested that when a critical mass of individuals practiced TM, there was a decrease in crime rates and an increase in positive societal trends.
2. Global Coherence Project: This ongoing research initiative, led by Dr. Rollin McCraty, investigates the interconnection between humanity and the Earth's magnetic fields. Their studies have shown correlations between group meditations and measurable changes in the Earth's magnetic field, as well as collective emotional states.
3. Intention Experiments: Dr. Lynne McTaggart is a prominent figure in studying the effects of intention on various phenomena, including mass consciousness. Her book "The Intention Experiment" explores how focused group intention can influence outcomes ranging from the growth of plants to the reduction of violence in war-torn areas.
These studies show that the power of collective intention can literally change the world.
The golden age guided meditation was created with this same intention. Let’s all refocus our attention to imagine the type of world we want to live in, not the one we don’t!
Namaste!

journaling
· How am I following my highest excitement, and what steps am I taking to act on it?
· What beliefs or thoughts are shifting to create a more positive and empowering reality?
· What synchronicities, positive outcomes, or manifestations am I noticing?

🌕 night practice
Yoga Nidra is an excellent practice to do right before going to sleep.
A proper use of Yoga Nidra can help with your sleep onset, ensuring you fall asleep quickly and are able to stay asleep throughout the night. Other benefits of Yoga Nidra include: Helping calm your sympathetic nervous system, otherwise known as the “fight or flight” response, and fosters a feeling of soothing relaxation.
EXTRA PRACTICE:
☁️ DREAM JOURNAL ☁️
An optional additional practice is to keep a journal next to your bed and start journaling your dreams right when you wake up.
Why?
Well, by recording your dreams, you can identify recurring themes, symbols, or patterns in your subconscious mind.
It can improve your ability to experience lucid dreams (which is something we will explore in future programs). As it helps you become more aware of your dream patterns and increases your ability to recognize when you are dreaming.
Also, dreams can be a rich source of creative ideas. Many artists, writers, and inventors have drawn inspiration from their dreams.
