A Feng Shui practice is for harmonizing your environment to support well-being, abundance, and flow in your life. Rooted in Taoist philosophy, it assumes that chi (life force energy) flows through everything—homes, landscapes, people—and that how you place objects and design your space affects the quality of that flow.

Before starting our daily practice, we will organize our space for a few minutes.

Each day of our Gratitude Journey includes a short satsang.

Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means "a gathering in truth."
In simple words, it’s about coming together — even virtually — to reconnect with what’s real inside of us.

In these daily satsangs, we’ll share a few reflections to open the space for your practice. They’re not about giving you answers. They’re here to plant seeds. To invite you to listen a little deeper, feel a little wider, and notice the quiet beauty already moving through your life.

It’s like sitting by a small fire each morning — warming up your heart, mind, and spirit before stepping into the day.

After we close our Satsang, we’ll take a few moments to gently deepen the space we've opened together. We'll move into a short meditation, about 8 to 10 minutes, allowing everything we've shared to settle into the body and heart.

Following that, we'll affirm and anchor our intentions through a series of affirmations, each one repeated three times. This repetition invites the mind, body, and spirit to fully receive and embody the truths we are cultivating.
