LEVEL IiI:
chakra healing

welcome to the level iii
After another round of 21 days practicing the basics of Surya Namaskar and a variety of meditations and affirmations, we are ready to bring more awareness to our chakra system.
Understanding the chakras is a profound journey into the subtle energy systems that govern our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Chakras, or energy centers, are seen as points in the body where life force, or prana, flows. Each of the seven main chakras corresponds to specific aspects of our life experience, from basic survival needs to higher spiritual awareness.
When these energy centers are balanced and aligned, we can live more harmoniously, feel a sense of purpose, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. However, when chakras are blocked or imbalanced, we may experience various physical, emotional, or mental difficulties.
The more we understand and work with our chakras, the more we can release the layers of fear, past conditioning, and energetic blockages, ultimately moving toward a state of wholeness, peace, and self-mastery.

☯️ FENG SHUI PRACTICE:
PREPARING YOUR DOJO
A Feng Shui practice is for harmonizing your environment to support well-being, abundance, and flow in your life. Rooted in Taoist philosophy, it assumes that chi (life force energy) flows through everything—homes, landscapes, people—and that how you place objects and design your space affects the quality of that flow.
Before starting our daily practice, we will organize our space for a few minutes.

🌙 yoganidra
Duration: 20 minutes
Doing the Yoga Nidra practice before going to sleep is the right way to use this meditation.
Yoga Nidra works on the nervous system, shifting you from the stress-driven sympathetic mode to the restful parasympathetic mode. It’s like hitting a reset button for your body and mind. For beginners, it’s a gentle entry into meditation; for intermediate yogis, it deepens self-awareness and supports emotional healing. Studies suggest it can reduce cortisol levels, improve sleep quality, and even help process subconscious patterns, making it a holistic tool for well-being.
