now, YOGA
Patanjali’s first teaching from the Yoga Sutras is “atha yoga anushasanam”, which means “now, the practice of yoga begins.”
Let’s start with some rounds of Surya Namaskar to prepare the body for meditation.
Watch the video to learn more, or if you already know the practice and the breathing pattern, you can use the audio below with the mantras to guide your flow.

In Vedic philosophy, this practice is called Samskara Shuddhi - The purification of mental impressions”.
The completion process is a method used to clear karma by revisiting past experiences in a transformative way.
It involves acknowledging and releasing the emotional charge associated with these memories to free oneself from their karmic influence.
This practice is the perfect tool to use when we are feeling triggered by any situation and sense an emotional blockage. In those moments, the last thing you might want to do is to lay down and clear it out, but it is a very effective way to let go so the emotion stops controlling your life.
After practicing for a period of time and revisiting and releasing the emotional charge of past memories, we can purify our karma, changing subconscious beliefs to unlock our potential.

MEDITATION PRACTICE: completion process

the process
The completion process in Vedic practice is a technique aimed at clearing karma by addressing past experiences and memories. It involves the following steps:
1. Acknowledgment: Begin by acknowledging and accepting the existence of unresolved emotional baggage from the past.
2. Revisiting Memories: Delve into past memories and experiences that have left a significant emotional imprint on you.
3. Emotional Release: Allow yourself to experience the emotions associated with these memories without judgment. This may involve tears, anger, or any other emotional expression.
4. Forgiveness: Extend forgiveness to yourself and others involved in these memories, recognizing that everyone is on their own karmic journey.
5. Transformative Perspective: Shift your perspective on these memories, understanding the lessons they hold and their role in your personal growth.
6. Release and Healing: Let go of the emotional charge and attachments to these memories, facilitating healing and the clearing of karmic imprints.
7. Repetition: Repeat the process 5-10 times for each memory or until the emotional charge subsides.
